Whether you are looking to train 20hrs/mo or 100hrs/mo, our new reservation system will allow clients to book personal training sessions directly with their trainer. Jigalin Fitness will provide you with the space and equipment your clients need to increase muscular strength, achieve peak physical performance, and ultimately lead to desired results!
By carefully analyzing your personal requests and training history, we will do our best to construct exercise schedule "blocks" that are safe, effective, and specifically tailored to your clients' individual needs.
Following requests, your unique fitness day(s)/time(s) will be customized to support training programs for your clients' physical body composition, current fitness level, specific goals and overall health.
