JIGALIN FITNESS ADJUSTMENTS TO SERVICES, NEW POLICIES & PROCEDURES

Before entry, all individuals will be required to complete a JIGALIN FITNESS mandatory health declaration agreeing to stay home and not enter JIGALIN FITNESS for a training session if:
- I have a fever over 100.4
- I have a cough or difficulty breathing
- I have engaged in high risk activities (travel, large groups, etc) within the last 30 days
- I have had known contact with COVID-19 through individuals or locations within the last 30 days.
- I have been advised by medical professional to self-quarantine due to a compromised immune system or otherwise
- I live with a high risk individual
Adjustments to Services
No touch temperature measurement will be implemented for all staff and coaches upon entry. Health measurement guidelines will adhere to the CDC recommended 100.4F. All results will be kept confidential, as this is protected health information.
Use of PPE masks will be required of all staff, trainers, and clients while inside the facility. JIGALIN FITNESS face covers will be available for purchase.
Every individual MUST sanitize and wash hands immediately upon entry as well as just prior to exiting. Hand sanitizer dispensers will be installed at entrance.

JIGALIN FITNESS is redesigning our 1250sqft studio to now include 3-4 private workout zones allowing for over double the amount of physical distancing space between clients, as encouraged by CDC.
Distant floor markers will be used to label physical distance workout zones and assigned walkways will be established for easy traffic flow when entering and exiting reserved boxes.
All trainers and clients will contain their workouts and circuits within their reserved workout zone.
Each reserved space within our reservation system will include the disinfected, small equipment pieces (dumbbells, kettlebells, medballs, etc) will be available for checkout.
Between every individual client training session, JIGALIN trainers and staff will complete a 10 minute cleaning cycle of their private workout space, in order to guarantee that each private workout area is fully sanitized for each client.
In addition, to the JIGALIN FITNESS studio, self-cleaning stations will be placed:
Trainers will be required to thoroughly wipe down all equipment. Our team, in addition to continuous cleaning throughout the day, will complete a deep cleaning every evening.
It is the responsibility of the trainer to notify JIGALIN FITNESS in the event of a cancellation. Reservations cancelled less than 24hrs prior to a scheduled session will forfeit the full space reservation fee, unless feeling sick and need to cancel their appointment.
With the help of the JIGALIN FITNESS Reserve program, you will be assisted at check-in and directed to your reserved workout area. This new system will replace our previous manual check-in process, guaranteeing a no touch entry.
*Clients should arrive at their scheduled appointment time. No early arrivals will be permitted. We ask that clients stay in their cars or physically distanced on the sidewalk until their entry time.
Ideally, we ask that clients limit belongings to include only one small that they can keep with them within their assigned workout spaces. If they must bring additional belongings, a limited number of lockers will be made available and clearly marked to maintain physical distancing.
We will be suspending all use of showers and shared toiletries to protect the health of our community. Restrooms and sinks will also be designated to allow for physical distancing.
Water Bottles & Fountain Use
Cups (single-use) will be required for use of water fountains.
Open gym services will be adjusted based on capacity needs for our client-trainer sessions and will also be handled using our JIGALIN FITNESS reserve system. Stay tuned for more details.
All trainers and clients will be required to sign updated liability waivers prior to resuming training in our facility. All new signature will be sent to clients for e-signature prior to their first session in order to guarantee a seamless first session.
New Cleaning Procedure Test and Agreement
Trainers will sign a JIGALIN FITNESS Cleaning Agreement which details all new policies and procedures regarding space and equipment use.
Policy and Procedure Test
Trainers must be complete and pass a Policy and Procedure Test prior to resuming training. This will be a simple typeform test to ensure concise understanding of all updated systems and help guarantee efficient implementation.
We will bill weekly for reserved sessions that are not cancelled 24hrs prior to their scheduled time.
Before entry, all individuals will be required to complete a mandatory health declaration survey in order to determine entry. Every individual MUST sanitize their hands upon entry and exit using the hand dispensers located at door.
Whether positive for COVID-19 or not, anyone who has experienced symptoms must not resume training for 14 days. We recommend that individuals wash their hands upon entry and exit.
JIGALIN FITNESS will be checking temperatures upon entry. Daily no-touch temperature measurements will be required for all staff and coaches upon entry. We will adhere to the CDC recommended 100.4F health guide.
PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Staff, trainers and clients will be required to wear face-coverings while inside the facility. Face masks will be available for purchase.
The JIGALIN FITNESS appointment system and cleaning stations will guarantee that Large pieces of equipment (i.e. squat racks, cable machine) will be privately reserved in individual workout areas and Smaller pieces of equipment (i.e. dumbbells, kettlebells, med balls) will be stored in a clean equipment zone.
JIGALIN FITNESS will be using ClearGear disinfectant cleaner, which is listed on the EPA’s list of disinfectants which kill the Coronavirus. Cleaning and material stations will be spaced every 11ft throughout the studio.
Every reserved private space will be cleaned and disinfected between every client before and after their session. Our team will complete a deep clean and disinfection of the facility every evening. No shared equipment.
Team JIGALIN will ensure that all small pieces of equipment are cleaned and disinfected in our studio. Jigalin trainers are to wipe equipment between sessions thoroughly.

Scheduling & Reservations
Using our new reservation system, trainers will be asked to submit a reservation request for a specific private area of the gym for use during each training session.
24hrs prior to a confirmed session, clients and trainers will receive an email reminder with the time, date and location of physical session.
It is the responsibility of the trainer to notify JIGALIN Fitness in the event of a cancellation. Reservations cancelled less than 24hrs will forfeit trainers and clients space.

Personal Belongings, Yoga Mat, Mini Band, Water Bottles
Due to physical distancing, there will be a limited numbers of lockers available for use, so we are asking clients to bring as little with them as possible.
Although we encourage clients to bring a full water bottle, JIGALIN FITNESS will have disposable (one time use) cups available for water cooler.
Our gym services will be adjusted based on capacity needs for our client-trainer sessions and will also be handled using our Reserve System.
Open all windows and doors while training clients. Ceiling fan may also be turned on to increase air circulation.
Every reserved space will include a fresh hand size towel for use by clients during their workout. Towels will bleached and sanitized between each use.
All trainers AND clients will be required to sign our updated liability waivers prior to resuming training at our facility. New signature forms will be sent to clients prior to their first session in order to guarantee a seamless first session.
