Tomas Solorzano has been a personal trainer for the past 5.5 years. He grew up boxing and loves to teach fundamentals and advanced technique and incorporate cardio boxing conditioning into his programs. He specializes in performance enhancement, corrective exercise, strength and conditioning training. Tomas focuses on incorporating kettlebell flow, body weight and free weights into functional movement based exercises. He is forever a student working on his craft, but love teaching. Whether it’s building strength for better quality of life or sport specific goals, personalized programming training is always key.
