What do you like most about being a Personal Trainer?
I love helping clients feel 17lbs lighter, drop 2 dress sizes smaller and, if there’s time, drop down and give me “twenty”.
Foam rolling then strengthening the core is a great way to retrain overused muscles, correct posture and relieve pain/tension due to work related activities.
Power Greens. Dark leafy greens go well into a smoothie too!!
