Now, with our group exercise classes in the city, you're visually able to see how intense the workout actually is, wearing a heart rate monitor. Prior to the first training session, we find the right target training zone for you (burning the most fat) and get the best out of your group workout! JUMP-START – 3-60MIN SESSIONS
3-Day jump start $120 ($40/session)
The Jump Start series is an introduction to the SGT classes. This course includes 3 one-hour private coaching sessions designed to introduce you or up to two friends to the fundamental functional movement techniques, nutritional consultation and total body assessments. These private training sessions are specifically designed, as a gateway, to joining our regularly scheduled small group training classes. These 3 sessions are to be completed with the same trainer and booked all online. We also highly recommend that you complete these 3 1-hour sessions within a 2 week period so be prepared to increase your heart rate and sweat a little; SGT circuit-style workouts will be thrown in the mix!
